What is YOUR choice -
Natural or Unnatural Products?
To most people, these are just jumbled letters…until you figure out how they are affecting you or others. That’s when you are motivated to make change in your life…one choice at a time! You can do it! And as a bonus perk, many of these products are cheaper than the unnatural products from your local stores! Absolutely worth it!
You may feel uneducated about these chemicals but simply searching online for each ingredient in your product is very revealing! But for each of my products I will list some of the ingredients I am trying to avoid with the product I make. Then I’ll tell you what I’m doing differently. I leave it up to you to see what you think about it!
Perfumes and Colognes:
Oh the list of chemicals in store-bought perfumes and colognes! And just how necessary is it that all these toxic ingredients be stuffed into each bottle of perfume? And just think you spray theses toxins directly on your skin which easily absorbs it!
Of all the chemicals in these unnatural perfumes and colognes, some of the nastiest ones to avoid are styrene, phtalates, musk ketone, benzaldehyde, benzyl acetate, limonene, linalool, and methylene chloride.

What am I doing differently?
I use a very basic, natural recipe with a base of witch hazel and the scent oils. There’s 2 options. #1. You can choose totally natural and stick with only plant oils to scent your perfume. (Think lavender, lilac, pine tar, various woods, etc.) #2. You can choose scents that arent totally natural, but still a good option. This opens a massive world of options for you ranging from Victoria’s Secrets

Natural deodorants
Of all the chemicals in deodorants, one of the nastiest is Aluminum zirconium tetrachlorohydrex Gly 15% (anhydrous) .
Can we first clear the fact the we do not need aluminum AT ALL in a deodorant? Nope not at all! So why is it in the deodorants??? Well supposedly it helps you sweat less. Now what is it doing to your body to end that naturally purifying process of sweating out toxins?

What do we do differently?
Personally my son who was a very healthy boy, suddenly started facing misery every morning. He’d go to bed fine but wake up with excessive mucus clogging his head, draining and dripping throughout the morning. He had such horrific headaches….yes, a perfectly healthy boy. We went to doctors. They blew us off as just allergies and said to take these meds and a nasal spray daily. At times I believe doctors think only doctors have functioning brains or common sense. It’s really disgusting how stupid they think we must be. But either way, I was not about to accept this moronic advice from these doctors. A friend had mentioned the high amounts of aluminum causing extreme allergic responses in people. At the same time, I happened to see a video on the same thing. On a hunch I asked my son to bring his deodorant to me. I asked “Is there Aluminum in the ingredients?” He said it was the FIRST INGREDIENT!!! That means this is the main ingredient!
for the record he was using Old Spice Bearglove
